By the project, always. We define scope precisely at the start, agree a fixed price, and that is what you pay — regardless of how many hours it actually takes on our side. Hourly billing creates misaligned incentives we prefer to avoid.
Bug fixes, minor content updates, browser compatibility issues, and technical questions. Not new features or scope changes — those are quoted separately. We are straightforward about where the line is.
Standard split is 50% on project start and 50% on delivery. For larger projects (£8,000+) we can structure three milestone payments. We do not offer subscription-style financing.
All quoted prices exclude VAT. UK businesses will be charged VAT at the standard rate. International clients outside the UK are typically zero-rated — we will confirm at quote stage based on your business location.
Yes, but we need to know the budget upfront. We will tell you honestly what we can build for it — and what we cannot. We would rather have that conversation early than scope-creep our way to disappointment later.
