No. A paragraph describing the problem and the people who have it is enough. We will ask the right questions during discovery.
What happens after I send a message?
We read it, respond within one business day with initial thoughts, and if it is a fit, suggest a 30-minute discovery call. No hard sell, no elaborate onboarding process.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. Most of our clients are outside the UK. We work entirely remotely, run discovery and review calls via video, and manage projects through shared tools. Location has never been a barrier.
What if my project does not fit your standard services?
Tell us anyway. If we cannot take it on ourselves, we will tell you honestly and, where we can, point you in a better direction.
